Cuppies can be the nicest sweet treats, especially of it's pretty looks, but most of the time, the taste is a bummer. If not dry, they are typical moisty, plain in taste and the frosting is coarse and sandy. We at Personally Taste just wanna change that view for we feel that cuppies are not just supposed to just look pretty, but taste finger licking good too!
Frosting/icing is the most important co-partner to perfect your cuppies. We at Personally Taste DO NOT use icing or powdered sugar in it, not at all. They'll make your frosting either too sweet if you follow the right measurement to get the good consistency, or too buttery if you lessen them. They also got this coarsy and sandy taste when you eat them. What do we do with our frosting? We cook them! Forget those typical sugary or buttery taste, this one is so delicious, creamy and silky smooth. You like for less sweet? No problemo. We can custom the sweetness and flavors any day, without jeopardise their original body & taste. Diggin' the frosting on a cupcake never been so good!
Okay, now back to the cake. For starting, we present you our two (2) types of base-cake for the cuppies : Vanilla and Chocolate base. BUT! This is no ordinary ones, these two are new recipes and perfected after trials. So far, these are the best of the best that we come out with for we know, that taste is always matters, so enjoy!
Every time people speak of chocolate, it always been about health conscious.Yes, this one is butter-less, but we make sure it is rich in real chocolate flavor which created from our special recipe. The texture is soft and moist, but again, do not compare or imagine it like chocolate moist cake, for it is totally in different league. The chewy bite from it, with or without frosting, definitely gonna make your day.
