Terms & Procedure to Order

1. Cookies are made on order ONLY. No ready-made.

2. Cookies will be bake based on orders & delivered as soon based on agreement with customer.

3. High quantity orders such as sweet treats for wedding/birthday gift and such, price & terms can be re-discussed for we can give you our good package. Orders should be finalized and placed not less than 3 weeks before expecting delivery.

4. For Hari Raya order, cookies will be delivered on the WEEK BEFORE Cuti Raya.

5. Customers from Subang Jaya & USJ are entitle for a free delivery, to a location that will be agreed with customer.

6. Delivery to other than stated area will have have an additional delivery charge (minimum RM10, depending on location).

7. Personally Taste DO NOT deliver via post or courier services as cookies WILL be damaged upon arrival regardless of how careful it is packed. It will be a waste of money and cookies.

8. PAYMENT : 50% deposit are required upon confirmation of order, via online transaction (Maybank or CIMB) & balance of payment shall be made during collection/delivery. Banking details will be provided through email or FB.
