Durian Crepe with Special Fillings

Most Durian Crepes are only filled with lotsa whipped cream and just a bit of durian in it. So when you bite them, especially when its not chilled enough, they are quite melty of this whipped cream - unless you fold them and eat them right away.

We at Personally Taste try to enhance the recipe to be better -> in taste and the melty texture. So instead of just using typical whipped cream as fillings, we re-create the basic filling become a thicken cream and blend in other things together with it to boost up the durian's taste. Even though the crepe is best to be 'consumed' chilled, we try to make it as good when its in room temperature's condition. And the most important thing is, we surely put a whole lot of durian in it to tango with the filling we create. The verdict : Wallah! No words can describe! So do dig in and enjoy..
